Who We Are

Sunken Silo Brew Works is an expanding craft brewery in Lebanon, NJ.  In our third year of operation, we are on track to produce 1,000 barrels in 2022 and expect that number to increase steadily over the next several years as we expand our distribution footprint.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to start a career in the craft beer industry. Ideal candidate will have an excellent work ethic, high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, a desire to learn, and a positive attitude.  Experience in the industry is desired, however significant on-the-job training is anticipated.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inventory management

  • Packaging operations (kegging and assisting during canning)

  • Creating and maintaining detailed records

  • Following established Quality Procedures

  • Keg Washing

  • Performing cleaning and sanitizing cycles (CIP)

  • Following company safety standards

  • Other tasks as needed, including warehousing, attending events, and plant maintenance

  • Opportunity to work part-time in the tasting room

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours)

  • Ability to lift heavy objects (lift grain bags (55 pounds), safely maneuver kegs (165 pounds))

  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments

This is a part time, hourly position.  With current production forecast, we anticipate around 20 hours per week available.  If appropriate, weekend taproom shifts may also be available.
